Returns Policy

We’re sure you’ll love your new glasses but if you have any concerns or questions, get in touch. We’ll be able to help you with styling and sizing queries, suggest an alternative or, if it's within 14 days of receipt of the package, advise on how to arrange a return.


If you'd like to return or exchange an item please email the team on to confirm what exactly you are sending back to us and tell us if you'd like a refund or you'd prefer to arrange an exchange. That way we can ensure the smoothest and speediest service for you.

Returns can be made via your local post office or preferred delivery service. Just use the same packaging your parcel arrived in. Please be aware that goods must be received in perfect condition with all the packaging and labels still attached.

Once we've received and inspected your return a refund will be issued to you immediately.


As prescription lenses are bespoke products, we cannot offer a refund for the lens value. In those cases the frame price will be refunded. You can however exchange your prescription lenses into another frame choice (online orders only. This does not apply to purchases made in store). This is offered at no extra cost for one time only. All subsequent prescription lens exchanges will be charged at 70% of the lens cost (ie. a 30% discount will be applied). 

Please note that we cannot offer a refund on any custom orders. 


In the highly unlikely event that you receive a faulty item please contact us as soon as you can on to discuss the fault with the team.

Then arrange for the package to be returned to Seen on the address above. If from an international destination, please contact us to discuss the best way of arranging return.

All faulty items will be inspected upon receipt and we will contact you to discuss the best resolution for you.
